1968 was an exciting time to be alive and an equally exciting time to be a musician. I was eighteen, enthusiastic, and impressionable when I entered my first recording studio in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. I was hired to do jingles and voice segments for radio adds. Although I had been singing since the day I was born, I had never experienced the thrill of being a working musician and certainly never considered to be a STUDIO MUSICIAN. This simple action coupled with my enthusiastic and impressionable state of mind colored my world forever! Since then a lifetime has come and gone as I have stayed the course and frequented many a recording studio.
